2. Payments, Subscriptions, and Strict No-Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy: All sales are final. Because our product is a digital SaaS delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds, returns, or credits for any reason—including partial months of service, upgrades/downgrades, or unused accounts.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, and graphics provided in our SaaS are the exclusive property of Bussiness Solution. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform for your own use.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bussiness Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the software.
